Aggregate data about builds

No Personally Identifiable Information (PII) - JWrapper software queries the JWrapper.com website when it performs a build. This allows it to check if it is running the latest version and we also track in aggregate how many builds are running over time. We do not store any personally identifiable information as part of these requests.

Why we share itWe use DigitalOcean to host our website. JWrapper queries our website when a build is run so we can track aggregate build activity over time. We store no personally identifiable data related to JWrapper on our website. DigitalOcean are compliant with the EU-US Privacy Shield.

Google, HelpScout

(Contract, Legal) Emails and documents containing support, purchase and tax information.

We hold an account with Google Apps to handle our email and store internal documents. We also hold an account with HelpScout to track and manage support requests, sales and purchase or billing queries. If you send us an email or make a purchase or support request the content and a record of this will be stored by Google and HelpScout and we may annotate or store this in internal bookkeeping or other documents via Google. We do NOT store or handle card details, this is handled exclusively by our payment processor. Google adheres to GDPR regulations. HelpScout is compliant with the EU-US Privacy Shield.
